Fern Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner Concentrate is a PH Neutral cleaner and safe on floors when

used as intended or specifed by flooring manufacturer. However, we always encourage

customers to follow their flooring manufacturer’s care instructions to ensure their foor is fully

covered under warranty.

Fern Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner Concentrate Should be stored in a cool, dark area.

For general use mixing instructions either pour one packet into a 24oz sprayer bottle/bot mop

and all the rest of the way with purifed water or two packets per gallon of purifed water into

your mop bucket. Note: Always follow bot mop manufacturer’s instructions when it comes to using cleaner

liquid inside machine.

For heavy-duty use mixing instructions pour two packets into a 24oz sprayer bottle and all the

rest of the way with purifed water or two packets per gallon of purifed water into your mop

bucket.

Clear away any urine or fecal matter on the surface of the floor. Follow heavy-duty use mixing

instructions for the cleaning solution. Apply cleaning solution to a clean microfiber towel and place

on affected area for 10-15 minutes to give the enzymes time to break down all the biological products.

Once time has passed, use a clean towel to scrub affected areas Repeat as needed. If the odor

continues to persist, please call us at (888)-277-3567 for additional procedures. Note: It is crucial to not

over soak the affected area, especially on oors containing wood products. Many floors rely on the locking mechanism

to maintain water resistance. Any improper installation of the floor may allow liquid to seep into the floor panel’s

unprotected core and cause swelling. Always consult your flooring manufacturer’s care guide for an approved cleaning

procedure before using Fern. This cleaning method may not work on unsealed floors.
